Wymiennik ciepla Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wymiennik ciepla przeznaczony do instalacji wentylacyjnych lub klimatyzacyjnych pomieszczen i budynków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wymiennika ciepla przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie wymiennika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wymiennik ciepla w podstawowej odmianie, w widoku, w perspektywie, fig. 2 wymiennik ciepla jak na fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig.3 wymiennik jak na fig. 1 w widoku od frontu. Wymiennik ciepla w wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 3, ma postac walca, o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie elipsy, majacy plaskie powierzchnie czolowe, prostopadle do osi walca, utworzonego z szeregu warstw blachy nawinietych z odstepami na rdzeniu w postaci rury o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie elipsy. Co drugi odstep pomiedzy blachami jest wypelniony. Rura wystaje z obu stron walca i ma dwustronne, symetrycznie umieszczone ukosne sciecia, przy czym sciecia nie dochodza do osi rury. Srodkowa czesc rury, pomiedzy scieciami, zaslonieta jest prostokatna plytka , majaca dlugosc równa srednicy wymiennika a szerokosc równa odleglosci pomiedzy scieciami rury. Po obu stronach rury, na obu jej koncach wystajacych z wymiennika, wzdluz srednicy rury i wymiennika, pomiedzy plytka zaslaniajacaa powierzchnia czolowa wymiennika umieszczona jest plaska plyta, stykajaca sie z powierzchniami plytki i wymiennika, dzielaca przestrzen pomiedzy wymiennikiem i rura na dwie polowy górna i dolna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Wymiennik ma ksztalt walca o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie elipsy, majacy plaskie powierzchnie czolowe, prostopadle do osi walca, oraz ma rdzen w postaci rury równiez o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie elipsy. 2. Walec utworzony jest z szeregu warstw blachy nawinietych z odstepami na rdzeniu. 3. Co drugi odstep pomiedzy warstwami blachy walca jest wypelniony. 4. Rura wystaje z obu stron walca i ma dwustronne, symetrycznie umieszczone ukosne sciecia, przy czym sciecia nie dochodza do osi rury. 5. Srodkowa czesc rury, pomiedzy scieciami, zaslonieta jest prostokatna plytka majaca dlugosc równa srednicy wymiennika a szerokosc równa odleglosci pomiedzy scieciami rury. 6. Po obu stronach rury, na obu jej koncach wystajacych z wymiennika, wzdluz srednicy rury i wymiennika, pomiedzy plytka zaslaniajaca a powierzchnia czolowa wymiennika umieszczona jest plaska plyta, stykajaca sie z powierzchniami plytki i wymiennika, dzielaca przestrzen pomiedzy wymiennikiem i rura na dwie polowy górna i dolna.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLHeat Exchanger: The subject of the industrial design is a heat exchanger intended for ventilation or air conditioning systems in rooms and buildings. The essence of the design is a new form of the heat exchanger, manifested in the shape of the exchanger. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the heat exchanger in its basic version, in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the heat exchanger as in Fig. 1 in a top view; and Fig. 3 shows the heat exchanger as in Fig. 1 in a front view. The heat exchanger, according to the design, shown in Figs. 1 to 3, has the form of a cylinder with an elliptical cross-section, having flat end surfaces perpendicular to the cylinder axis, formed from a series of sheet metal layers wound at intervals on a core in the form of a tube with an elliptical cross-section. Every other space between the sheets is filled. The tube protrudes from both sides of the cylinder and has bilateral, symmetrically placed diagonal cuts, the cuts not extending to the tube axis. The central part of the tube, between the cuts, is covered by a rectangular plate, whose length is equal to the exchanger diameter and width is equal to the distance between the tube cuts. On both sides of the tube, at both ends protruding from the exchanger, along the tube and exchanger diameter, a flat plate is placed between the covering plate and the exchanger face. This plate contacts the plate and exchanger surfaces, dividing the space between the exchanger and the tube into two halves: upper and lower. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The exchanger has the shape of a cylinder with an elliptical cross-section, flat front surfaces perpendicular to the cylinder axis, and a core in the form of a tube, also with an elliptical cross-section. 2. The cylinder is formed from a series of sheet metal layers wound with gaps on the core. 3. Every other gap between the sheet metal layers of the cylinder is filled. 4. The tube protrudes from both sides of the cylinder and has bilateral, symmetrically placed diagonal cuts, the cuts not extending to the tube axis. 5. The central part of the tube, between the cuts, is covered by a rectangular plate whose length is equal to the exchanger diameter and whose width is equal to the distance between the tube cuts. 6. On both sides of the pipe, at both of its ends protruding from the exchanger, along the diameter of the pipe and the exchanger, between the cover plate and the front surface of the exchanger, a flat plate is placed, which is in contact with the surfaces of the plate and the exchanger, dividing the space between the exchanger and the pipe into two halves: the upper and the lower.
