Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest klema do mocowania konstrukcji solarnych, która składa się z dwóch współpracujących ze sobą profili: dolny (1) i górny (2), a jej kształt w całości w ogólnym zarysie przypomina literę "Z", przy czym w pionowej części profilu dolnego (1) wykonany jest kanał (3) mający na obu wewnętrznych ściankach wybrania (4) tworzące w przekroju poprzecznym zęby (5), które są skierowane pod ostrym kątem do dołu, zaś na górnej powierzchni dolnej poziomej części (6) wykonane są rowki (8) i otwór (9), natomiast pionowa część profilu górnego (2) ma wykonane na obu zewnętrznych ściankach wybrania (10) tworzące w przekroju poprzecznym zęby (11), które są skierowane pod ostrym kątem do góry, a pozioma górna część (12) jest ryflowana od spodu. Profil dolny (1) i profil górny (2) w ogólnym zarysie ma kształt zbliżony do litery "L", a pozioma dolna część (6) profilu dolnego (1) zakończona jest stopką (7).
