Abstract
Złącze montażowe regulowane zawiasu, zwłaszcza do drzwi szklanych, wyposażone jest w zespół zaciskowy z płytami mocującymi znajdującymi się po każdej stronie tafli a zawias posiada korpus z zespołem tulejowym i osadzonym w nim osiowo sworzniem, wokół którego obrotowo jest połączony z członem zawiasowym. Korpus (1) jest mocowany na stałej powierzchni a człon zawiasowy (4) jest połączony skrzydełkiem z taflą drzwi szklanych, natomiast płyty mocujące są wyposażone w elementy złączne (13,14). Zespół zaciskowy ma dwie płytki sprzęgające (7', 7") usytuowane po obu stronach tafli, i połączone z przyległą płytą mocującą (6a, 6b), z których jedną stanowi powierzchnia skrzydełka. Natomiast każda płytka sprzęgająca (7', 7") posiada co najmniej dwa przelotowe otwory (10a,10b) usytuowane parami współosiowo z otworami drugiej płytki sprzęgającej oraz otworami tafli, z których jedna para przelotowych otworów ma dystansowe kołnierze, a w osi drugiej pary przelotowych otworów znajduje się pierścień (12) osadzony w otworze tafli. Płytka sprzęgająca (7') po stronie skrzydełka jest przestawnie połączona z tym skrzydełkiem elementami złącznymi, a dla ustalenia położenia płytki sprzęgającej (7') ma śrubę regulacyjną (16) przechodzącą przez otwory w płytce sprzęgającej (7') oraz bocznej powierzchni skrzydełka.The adjustable hinge mounting connector, especially for glass doors, is equipped with a clamping assembly with mounting plates on each side of the pane, and the hinge has a body with a sleeve assembly and a pin axially embedded in it, around which it is pivotally connected to the hinge member. The body (1) is mounted on a solid surface and the hinge member (4) is connected by a flap to the glass door pane, while the fixing plates are equipped with fasteners (13,14). The clamping assembly has two coupling plates (7 ', 7 ") located on both sides of the pane, and connected to an adjacent fixing plate (6a, 6b), one of which is the wing surface. Each coupling plate (7', 7") has at least two through holes (10a, 10b) arranged in pairs coaxially with the holes of the second coupling plate and the holes of the pane, of which one pair of through holes has spacer flanges, and the axis of the second pair of through holes has a ring (12) embedded in the hole of the pane. The coupling plate (7 ') on the wing side is pivotally connected to this wing by fasteners, and to fix the position of the coupling plate (7') it has an adjustment screw (16) passing through the holes in the coupling plate (7 ') and the lateral surface of the wing.
