Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest kołnierz uszczelniający konstrukcję przenikającą dach, zwłaszcza okno dachowe, przy czym kołnierz zawiera element górny (1), elementy boczne (2) i element dolny (3), które montowane są względem siebie w sposób zakładkowy, zgodnie z kierunkiem spadku dachu, a element boczny (2) kołnierza ma rynnę odprowadzającą wodę, leżącą w płaszczyźnie dachu oraz integralną z nią część osłaniającą zewnętrzną powierzchnię boczną i górną ościeżnicy okna.
