Abstract

Wzór użytkowy dotyczy konstrukcji urządzenia do pionowego ustawienia i rozłącznego mocowania słupka w stałym fundamencie, przydatnego zwłaszcza w budownictwie drogowym. W fundamentach betonowych (1) o postaci zbliżonej do liniowo ustawionych pryzm osadzone są i zalane wkłady kotwiące (4), uformowane na kształt ściętych ostrosłupów zbieżnych ku dołowi, w których osadza się dolną część słupka (2). Pomiędzy słupkiem (2) a wewnętrzną powierzchnią każdego wkładu kotwiącego (4) wlana jest masa wiążąca (8), przy czym wewnętrzne, naprzeciwległe ściany boczne i dno (43) wkładu kotwiowego (4) wyposażone są w warstwę oddzielającą, zapobiegającą powiązaniu masy wiążącej (8) z wkładem kotwiącym (4). Wkład kotwiący (4) posiada elementy mocujące (5) do rozłącznego łączenia elementów nastawczych, służących do ustalenia pozycji słupka (2) zanim zwiąże masa wiążąca (8).
