Abstract

Balustrada balkonowa składa się ze słupków mocowanych do podłoża za pomocą stalowych prętów, z poręczy i wypełnień. Balustrada ma słupki (1) wykonane z nośnego aluminiowego profilu o przekroju kwadratowym, które mają w dolnej części okrągłe otwory do mocowania ich do stopy, a na swojej długości mają nitonakrętki do mocowania prowadnic (5), natomiast w górnej części mają prostokątny otwór do wprowadzenia w niego dolnej części poręczy (6). Słupki (1) mocowane są na stopie wykonanej z aluminiowego profilu o zewnętrznym przekroju kwadratowym, dopasowanym do wewnętrznego przekroju profilu słupka (1). Stopa ma w wewnętrznej części okrągły otwór dopasowany wymiarem do gwintowanego stalowego pręta, a na bocznych ścianach ma zamocowane nitonakrętki do połączenia jej ze słupkiem (1). Prowadnica (5) wykonana jest z aluminiowego profilu w kształcie zbliżonym do ceownika i ma na swojej długości okrągłe otwory do przymocowania jej do słupka (1) i w górnej części ma prostokątny otwór do wprowadzania poręczy (6). Poręcz (6) wykonana jest z aluminiowego profilu o przekroju zewnętrznym utworzonym z dwóch prostokątów i swoją dolną częścią wprowadzana jest do górnej części prowadnicy (5) i słupka (1) oraz mocowana jest do prowadnic (5) za pomocą śrub. Wypełnienie (7) utworzone jest z desek (14) z kompozytu lub drewna włożonych poziomo jedna na drugiej w prowadnice (5). W innym wykonaniu wypełnienie (7) tworzą aluminiowe profile ułożone poziomo i przymocowane do prowadnic (5).The balcony balustrade consists of posts fixed to the ground with steel bars, handrails and fillings. The guide (5) is made of an aluminum profile similar to a C-profile and has round holes along its length for attaching it to the post (1) and in the upper part has a rectangular hole for entering the handrail (6). The handrail (6) is made of an aluminum profile with an outer section made of two rectangles and its lower part is inserted into the upper part of the guide (5) and post (1) and is attached to the guides (5) with screws. The filling (7) is made of boards (14) of composite or wood inserted horizontally on top of each other in the guides (5). In another embodiment, the filling (7) consists of aluminum profiles horizontally arranged and attached to the guides (5).
