Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach i ry- sunku, na których fig.1 przedstawia fotel w widoku perspektywicznym przód - bok, fig.2 fotel z fig. 1 w widoku z tylu, fig.3 odmiane fotela z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym przód - bok, a fig.4 zarys fotela z fig. 1 i fig.3 w widoku z góry. Fotel wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma trójwarstwowe siedzisko w ksztalcie owalu, którego górna warstwa jest wyzsza od pozostalych i posiada obszycie wokól górnego obrzeza, a w czesci srodkowej powierzchni siedziska znajduja sie dwa lukowe, szerokie przeszycia bedace odbiciem symetrycznym. W poblizu krawedzi siedziska o duzym promieniu znajduje sie ukosne, koszykowe oparcie o zarysie trapezu, którego górna czesc jest zagieta lukowo do tylu. Oparcie wylozone jest poducha w ksztalcie trapezu, która w czesci srodkowej posiada poprzeczne przeszycie. Fotel ma cztery lekko rozkraczne nogi w ksztalcie stozków scietych.W odmianie fotel wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma trójwarstwowe siedzisko w ksztalcie owalu, którego górna warstwa jest wyzsza od pozostalych i posiada obszycie wokól górnego obrzeza, a w czesci srodkowej powierzchni siedziska znajduja sie dwa lukowe, szerokie przeszycia bedace odbiciem symetrycznym. W poblizu krawedzi siedzi- ska o duzym promieniu znajduje sie ukosne oparcie o zarysie trapezu, którego górna czesc jest zagieta lukowo do tylu. Oparcie posiada gladkie obicie, a ponadto zaopatrzone jest w oddzielna poduche w ksztalcie trapezu, która w czesci srodkowej posiada poprzeczne przeszycie. The armchair, according to the ornamental design, has a three-layer oval seat, the upper layer of which is higher than the others and has stitching around the upper edge, while the central part of the seat surface features two wide, arched stitching that is a symmetrical reflection. Near the edge of the large-radius seat is a diagonal, basket-shaped backrest with a trapezoidal shape, the upper section of which is bent backwards in an arc. The backrest is upholstered with a trapezoidal cushion, the center of which features a crosswise stitching. The armchair has four slightly spread legs in the shape of truncated cones. In a variation, the armchair, following the decorative pattern, has a three-layer, oval-shaped seat, the upper layer of which is higher than the others and has stitching around the upper edge, while the center of the seat surface features two wide, arched stitching, a symmetrical reflection. Near the edge of the large-radius seat is a diagonal, trapezoidal backrest with a crosswise stitching in the upper section. The backrest is smooth and upholstered, and also features a separate trapezoidal cushion with a cross-stitched center section.
