Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm przegubowy, zbudowany z dwóch ramion połączonych ze sobą obrotowo za pomocą nita, z których jedno z ramion w miejscu przylegania do zakończenia drugiego ramienia posiada zębatkę, z którą współpracuje zapadka umieszczona w korpusie, przy czym korpus wraz z zapadką osłonięty jest nakładką i połączony z ramionami za pomocą nitów, a w korpusie umieszczona jest sprężyna kształtowa osadzona jednym zakończeniem w gnieździe korpusu, a drugim zakończeniem w gnieździe zapadki. Mechanizm charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada nit osadzony w wybraniu (13) korpusu (3) oraz w nakładce i ramieniu (4), zaś zapadka (6) ma wyprofilowane wklęsłe zakończenie (15) w kształcie odcinka koła nieznacznie większego od odcinka koła nita osadzonego w wybraniu (13) korpusu (3) oraz w nakładce (2) i ramieniu (4). Sprężyna kształtowa (10) jest tak usytuowana pomiędzy zapadką (6) a korpusem (3), że jej swobodne, podgięte zakończenia (9) skierowane są w stronę korpusu (3).
