Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac sztucznego ognia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia sztuczny ogien w widoku z przodu, fig.2- sztuczny ogien w widoku z ty- lu, fig.3- sztuczny ogien w widoku z boku, fig.4- sztuczny ogien w przekroju pionowym, fig.5- sztuczny ogien w widoku z góry, a fig.6- sztuczny ogien w widoku z dolu. Sztuczny ogien wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy uchwyt w ksztalcie plytki, pojemnik mieszanin spalajacych przylega- jacy do uchwytu oraz nasadke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze po- jemnik mieszanin spalajacych ma ksztalt walca, przy czym po- srodku podstawy dolnej pojemnika znajduje sie walcowy otwór,a ze srodka otworu wystaje walcowy wystep. Nasadka ma w czes- ci dolnej ksztalt walca z owalna podstawa, a w czesci górnej nasadka jest stylizowana na ksztalt czaszki. A firework in accordance with the design, comprising a plate-shaped handle, a container for the combustion mixture adjacent to the handle, and a cap, is characterized in that the container for the combustion mixture is cylindrical in shape, with a cylindrical opening in the center of the lower base of the container, and a cylindrical protrusion protruding from the center of the opening.
