Opakowanie to charakteryzuje się tym, że jedna z wydzielonych powierzchni prostokątnych, korzystnie płaszczyzna górna (1), posiada nadruk co najmniej jednego alfanumerycznego, dwuwymiarowego, matrycowego, kwadratowego kodu graficznego QR (2) oraz linię perforacji (3) w kształcie krzywej zamkniętej, korzystnie owalu.
