Na tlo tego pasa jest naniesiony napis w kolorze bialym, sporzadzony prosta czcion- ka, malymi drukowanymi literami alfabetu lacinskiego. Jest to napis „poradnik bez kantów" oddajacy specyficzna i niepowtarzalna forme wytworu. Przy dolnej pozio- mej krawedzi okladki jest umieszczony szeroki pas z wydzielonym w sasiedztwiezaokraglenia przechodzacego w pionowa krawedz okladki polem w kolorze bia- lym. W tle tego pola jest zamieszczany znak towarowy wydawcy serii wydawniczej przypisany do konkretnej linii tematycznej edytowanych poradników. Nieco ponizej srodkowej czesci dlugiego boku okladki, patrzac od linii grzbietu rozciaga sie barwny obszar zlozony z dwóch polaczonych z soba prostokatnych pasów, z których pas górny jedna ze swoich krótkich krawedzi pokrywa sie z linia grzbietu okladki i jest przy tym krótszy od pasa dolnego, przesunietego w stosunku do pasa górnego w kierunku od linii grzbietu okladki. Kolorystyka tego barwnego obszaru jest specyficzna dla linii tematycznej edytowanych podreczników, a na jej tle jest nadruk z tytulem konkretnej pozycji ksiazkowej. Jest oczywistym, ze ujawnione w rysunku zbiorczym zestawienia kolorystyczne pokazanych przykladowo realizacji wytworu nie wyczerpuja wszystkich mozliwych kombinacji kolorystycznych mogacych wystepowac na okladce ksiazki. PL PLBook Cover The subject of the industrial design is a book cover, common to a publishing series traded under the common name "poradnik bez kantów". The book cover that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished from known, similar products in terms of form by its new, individual appearance, a new arrangement of contour lines delimiting the product's form, and also by its characteristic colors. The subject of the utility model is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the book cover in sample embodiments, while the collective drawing illustrates the presented embodiments of the product according to the design. As shown in the attached illustrations, the corners of the book cover, distant from the spine, have an arc-shaped profile, similar to a segment of a circle. A characteristic feature of the revealed cover is that a black stripe, with arcs on both sides, is placed at the top horizontal edge of the cover. A white inscription, written in a simple font and lowercase Latin letters, is placed against the background of this stripe. This inscription reads "a guide without edges," reflecting the specific and unique form of the product. At the bottom horizontal edge of the cover is a wide stripe with a separate white field adjacent to the rounded corner that merges with the vertical edge of the cover. In the background of this field is the trademark of the publisher of the publishing series, assigned to a specific thematic line of the edited guides. Slightly below the middle of the long side of the cover, viewed from the spine, stretches a colored area composed of two interconnected rectangular strips. The upper strip, with one of its short edges, aligns with the cover spine and is shorter than the lower strip, which is offset from the upper strip in the direction of the cover spine. The color scheme of this colored area is specific to the thematic line of the edited textbooks, and against its background is an imprint with the title of a specific book. It is obvious that the color combinations of the illustrated examples of the product do not exhaust all the possible color combinations that may appear on a book cover.
