Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespolenie szybowe ognioochronne, przeznaczone dla budowlanki okiennej lub fasadowej, charakteryzujące się tym, że zespół szybowy (1) ma szyby (1 i 3) wykonane ze szkła ciepłochronnego, które od strony zagrożenia ogniem ma przyklejoną poprzez ramkę dystansową (4) szybę ognioochronną, składającą się z szyby (5 i 7), pomiędzy którymi znajduje się żel ognioochronny (6).
