Bluza z kapturem pokazana na fig.l, fig. 1.1, fig.2, fig.2.1 i fig.3 oraz fig.3.1 ilustracji, wykonana z polaru ma czesc przedma i tylna wykonana z materialu o jednakowej barwie oraz wszyte rekawy w czesci barkowej, przy czym zakonczenia rekawów sa wyposazone w sciagacz w tym samym kolorze co bluza, jak równiez w dolnej czesci bluza zakonczona jest sciagaczem w tym samym kolorze. W czesci szyjnej bluza ma wszyty kaptur, z podszewka, w której jest wykonana zakladka na sznur sciagajacy kaptur, w tym samym kolorze co bluza. Na czesci przedniej bluzy, jak pokazano na fig.l i fig. 1.1 ilustracji, bluza ma wszyty wzdluznie suwak rozpinajaco- zapinajacy oraz w czesci brzusznej do sciagacza obustronnie naszyte kieszenie po zapieciu, o ksztalcie trapezu, opartego na prostokatnej podstawie przy czym skosnie wykonane boki trapezu stanowia otwory kieszeni. Na czesci przedniej bluzy z prawej strony w górnej czesci na przedramieniu umieszczony jest element obrazowy w postaci stylizowanej glowy tygrysa w kolorze odmiennym od koloru bluzy, zwróconej ku zapieciu bluzy, zas z lewej strony kieszeni w dolnej czesci, jak pokazano na fig.l, fig. 1.1 ilustracji, umieszczony jest drugi element obrazowy przedstawiajacy umieszczone posobnie trzy miniatury glowy tygrysa zwrócone glowami do suwaka, nad którymi wykonany jest napis o stylizowanych literach: TIGER C1AWS o odmiennym kolorze. Jak pokazano na fig.2, fig.2.1 i fig.3, fig.3.1 ilustracji w czesci barkowej tylnej czesci bluzy jest usytuowany trzeci element ozdobny, przedstawiajacy stylizowana glowe tygrysa, zwrócona ku srodkowi bluzy w odmiennym kolorze niz kolor bluzy, z napisem z lewej strony, skosnie usytuowanym TIGER Cl AWS w odmienny kolorze od koloru glowy. . Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: umieszczony na czesci przedniej bluzy z prawej strony w górnej czesci na przedramieniu element obrazowy w postaci stylizowanej glowy tygrysa w kolorze odmiennym od koloru bluzy, zwróconej ku zapieciu bluzy, oraz z lewej strony kieszeni w dolnej czesci, umieszczony drugi element obrazowy przedstawiajacy umieszczone posobnie trzy miniatury glowy tygrysa zwrócone glowami do suwaka, nad którymi wykonany jest napis o stylizowanych literach: TIGER C1AWS o odmiennym kolorze, zas w czesci barkowej tylnej czesci bluzy usytuowany trzeci element ozdobny, przedstawiajacy stylizowana glowe tygrysa, zwrócona ku srodkowi bluzy w odmiennym kolorze niz kolor bluzy, z napisem z lewej strony, skosnie usytuowanym TIGER Cl AWS w odmienny kolorze od koloru glowy.Fig.3Fig.1.1 Fig.2.1 PL PLHooded sweatshirt The subject of the industrial design is a hooded sweatshirt made primarily of fleece, a material with good thermal and biophysical properties, to be worn as sports and tourist clothing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which in fig. 1 shows a sweatshirt in a front view, and in fig. 1.1 a drawing of the sweatshirt in a front view, while in fig. 2 a sweatshirt in a back view with a lowered hood, and in fig. 2.1 a drawing of the sweatshirt in a back view with a lowered hood, furthermore in fig. 3 a sweatshirt in a back view with a raised hood, revealing a decorative element in the form of a stylized tiger head, and in fig. 3.1 a drawing of the sweatshirt in a back view with a raised hood. The hooded sweatshirt shown in fig. 1, fig. 1.1, fig. 2, fig. 2.1 and fig. 3 and fig. 3.1 of the illustrations, made of fleece, has a front and back part made of a material of the same color and sewn-in sleeves in the shoulder part, the sleeve ends being equipped with a cuff in the same color. The sweatshirt is finished with a drawstring in the same color as the sweatshirt, as well as at the bottom. The sweatshirt has a sewn-in hood at the neck, lined with a tab for a hood drawstring, in the same color as the sweatshirt. On the front of the sweatshirt, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1, the sweatshirt has a longitudinal zipper sewn into it, and on the belly, pockets sewn onto the drawstring on both sides, in the shape of a trapezoid, resting on a rectangular base, with the diagonal sides of the trapezoid forming the pocket openings. On the front of the sweatshirt, on the upper right side of the forearm, there is an image in the form of a stylized tiger head in a color different from the sweatshirt and facing the sweatshirt's closure. On the left side of the pocket in the lower part, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1.1 of the illustration, there is a second image depicting three tiger head miniatures arranged side by side, with their heads facing the zipper, above which is an inscription in stylized letters: TIGER C1AWS in a different color. As shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 3, Fig. 3.1 of the illustration, on the shoulder portion of the rear part of the sweatshirt is a third decorative element, depicting a stylized tiger head facing the center of the sweatshirt in a color different from the sweatshirt, with an inscription on the left side, placed diagonally, TIGER Cl AWS in a color different from the head. The essential features of the industrial design are: a pictorial element in the form of a stylized tiger head in a color different from the color of the sweatshirt, facing the sweatshirt's button, placed on the front part of the sweatshirt, on the right side in the upper part on the forearm, and on the left side of the pocket in the lower part, a second pictorial element depicting three miniature tiger heads placed side by side, with their heads facing the zipper, above which there is an inscription in stylized letters: TIGER C1AWS in a different color, while in the shoulder part of the back part of the sweatshirt, a third decorative element is located, depicting a stylized tiger head, facing the center of the sweatshirt, in a color different from the sweatshirt's color, with an inscription on the left side, placed diagonally TIGER Cl AWS in a color different from the color of the head.
