Domek letniskowy wolnostojący o modułowej konstrukcji, korzystnie wykonany zasadniczo z bali, składa się z siedmiu prostokątnych modułów ścian pełnych (1), z modułu ściany z ościeżnicą drzwiową (2), z czterech modułów ściennych z ramą okienną (3), dwóch modułów poddasza (4), modułu podłogi (5) i modułu dachu (6), w którym umieszczono okno połaciowe (31), którego szybę pokryto od wewnątrz cienką warstwą metalu, czym uzyskano efekt lustra weneckiego.
