Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw elementów do wytwarzania kanału wentylacyjnego. Zestaw elementów do wytwarzania kanału wentylacyjnego, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z elementu kątowego (1), mającego w przekroju poprzecznym kształt narożnika o kącie prostym, którego jedno ramię zakończone jest występem (A) a drugie ramię gniazdem (B) oraz elementu prostego (2), mającego w przekroju poprzecznym kształt odcinka prostego, którego jeden koniec zakończony jest występem (A) a drugi koniec gniazdem (B). Występ (A) i gniazdo (B) stanowią elementy zamków do wzdłużnego łączenia elementów kształtowych ze sobą. W widoku przekroju poprzecznego występ (A) ma kształt trapezu a gniazdo (B) ma kształt i wymiary występu (A). Korpus każdego z elementów kształtowych stanowią dwie powłoki (C) i (D) połączone szeregiem pochyłych żeber (E) tworzących zamknięte komory (F), ciągnące się wzdłuż całej długości profilu. Kanał wentylacyjny składa się z połączonych ze sobą elementów kształtowych, kątowych (1) i prostych (2).The subject of the application is a set of elements for the production of a ventilation duct. A set of elements for the manufacture of a ventilation duct is characterized by the fact that it consists of an angular element (1) having a right-angled corner cross-section, one arm with a projection (A) and the other arm with a socket (B) and a straight element (2), having a cross-section in the shape of a straight section, one end of which ends with a projection (A) and the other end with a socket (B). The projection (A) and the socket (B) are lock elements for longitudinally joining the shaped elements together. In cross-sectional view, the projection (A) is trapezoidal and the seat (B) has the shape and dimensions of the projection (A). The body of each of the shaped elements consists of two coatings (C) and (D) connected by a series of inclined ribs (E) forming closed chambers (F), extending along the entire length of the profile. The ventilation duct consists of interconnected shaped, angular (1) and straight (2) elements.
