Abstract
Istotą zgłoszenia jest wygięcie nawierzchni jezdnej, polegające na podniesieniu ku górze do poziomu nie wyższego niż 90 cm od podłoża jednej z krawędzi i zakończeniu tej krawędzi łukiem, umożliwiając wjazd deską na nawierzchnię jezdną oraz trenowanie pozycji ciała wymaganej do wykonania ewolucji surferskiej, określanej jako tuba (technika jazdy polegająca na ślizgu po wewnętrznej stronie fali wodnej w ten sposób, że woda z fali opływa i nakrywa sylwetkę surfera płynącego wewnątrz fali wodnej wzdłuż jej długości). Druga krawędź nawierzchni jezdnej podniesiona została pod kątem do poziomu 60 cm (D), a środkowa część powierzchni jezdnej ugina się do poziomu podłoża (C) tak, alby umożliwić osobie trenującej nabranie prędkości i najazd na wyższą z krawędzi.
