Przedmiotem wynalazku jest regulator pneumatyczny o dzialaniu ciaglym z nastawiana strefa nieczulosci stosowany w obiektach przemyslowych do regulacji wielkosci podlegajacych pulsa- cjom, a zwlaszcza cisnienia i natezenia przeplywu. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. In such cases, complex electric or electro-hydraulic systems with high speed of action are used. When pulsation control is not necessary, the mean value of the controlled quantity is stabilized by means of circuits with regulators with a deadband greater than the pulsation amplitude. Electric regulators with an adjustable deadband are known. These are three-position and impulse regulators with a discontinuous output signal, the use of which is limited to cooperation with actuators which are integrating members. On the other hand, regulators with a dead zone with a continuous output signal are not known. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that on the input of the measuring signal to the known pneumatic regulator with continuous operation there is a block with the characteristic that the dead zone is set by two actuators. This block composed of adders processes the signal of the measured quantity in such a way that within the limits of the set insensitivity zone the signal has a constant value equal to the lower limit of this zone. The signal from the setter of the lower limit of the insensitivity zone is supplied to the controller as its set value. In this way, in the entire area of the insensitivity zone, the set value signal equals the control value signal, and therefore, within this zone, the controller does not react to changes of the controlled quantity. The solution according to the invention in an exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a block diagram. of the regulator, Fig. 2 - the static characteristics of the adders from which the signal forming block is formed, and Fig. 3, 4 - tangential characteristics of the signals successively formed in the adder block. The regulator according to the invention consists of a known pneumatic regulator 1 with continuous operation , the block 2 forming the measurement signal for the controller 1 and two actuators 3, 4 for setting the deadband. Block 2 is a system of three adders 5,6,7, each of which has nonlinear static characteristics of high and low saturation type, as shown in Fig. 2. The adder 5 subtracts from the measurement signal Pp the signal Pi corresponding to the lower limit of the deadband, a set with the adjuster 3. The resulting signal P3 at the output from the adder 5 has the characteristics as shown in Fig. 3. The adder 6 subtracts from the measuring signal Pp the signal P2 corresponding to the upper limit of the deadband zone, and set with the adjuster 4. The resulting signal P4 from the adder 6 has the characteristics shown in Fig. 3. The signal steadiness for (Pp-Pi) ^ 20 kPa and the P4 signal for (Pp-P2) ^ 20kPa is the result of the lower saturation of the adders 5,6. The sumer 7 subtracts the signal P3 from the adder 5 from the measuring signal Pp , and adds the signal P4 from the adder 6. As a result of such an operation, the transformation of the measuring signal Pp into a modified signal Pr shown in Fig. 4 is obtained, which as a signal is introduced to the regulator 1. The conversion of the measuring signal consists in the fact that in the deadband 8 set by the adjuster 3 and 4 the modified Pr signal is constant and equal to the Pi signal corresponding to the lower value of this zone. The signal Pi with the setter 3 is introduced to the controller 1 as its set value. Thanks to this, in the entire area of the deadband 8, the set value signal Pi is equal to the signal of the controlled value, so that within this zone there is no control error and the controller does not respond to changes in the Pp signal of the measured value. According to the invention, the regulator can be built from known devices of a pneumatic system. Claims 1.
