Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest złącze kołnierzowe do rur w szczególności do rurociągów elastycznych. Złącze kołnierzowe do rur o znacznej średnicy charakteryzuje się tym, że płaski kołnierz (1) zawierający otwory do mocowania łączenia kołnierzy posiada umieszczony centralnie otwór (7) o dwóch rozmiarach średnicy przy czym otwór (7) od strony przylgi posiada większą średnicę, gdzie w otworze (7) umieszczona jest tuleja zaciskowa (2) o wysokości większej niż grubość płaskiego kołnierza (1) i której zewnętrzna średnica dopasowana jest do otworu (7) przy czym na zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei zaciskowej (2) na wysokości zasadniczo odpowiadającej połowie wysokości kołnierza (1) znajduje się uszczelnienie (3) w formie O- ringu i dalej na zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei zaciskowej (2) na wysokości odpowiadającej górnej krawędzi płaskiego kołnierza (1) znajduje się nacięcie w którym umieszczony jest pierścień blokujący (4), natomiast wewnętrzna powierzchnia tulei zaciskowej (2) jest rozwinięta w formie zębów, i w tuleję zaciskową wsunięta jest rura (6), wewnątrz której wsunięta jest tuleja rozciskowa (5) o rozwiniętej powierzchni zewnętrznej przy czym tuleja rozciskowa (5) ma wysokość większą niż płaski kołnierz i zasadniczo zbliżoną do wysokości tulei zaciskowej (2).The subject of the utility model is a flange connection for pipes, in particular for flexible pipelines.
