Abstract
Kierownica zespolona ma zastosowanie jako element usprawniający pracę sortera, umieszcza się ją w sorterze nad kasetą. Kierownica składa się ze ściany górnej (4), ściany bocznej (5) oraz ściany dolnej (6). Pomiędzy ścianą górną a ścianą dolną (6) poprowadzone są przewody, którymi monet spadają do kasety. Ściana górna (4) oraz ściana dolna przylegają do ściany bocznej (5) pod kątem 90°. Ściana boczna (5) posiada wycięcia w kształcie zaokrąglonych trójkątów (7) oraz wycięcia w kształcie zaokrąglonych prostokątów (8). Ściana górna (4) posiada co najmniej dwa korzystnie prostokątne otwory wlotowe dla monet (9) oraz korzystnie jeden otwór wlotowy w kształcie kwadratu z jednym zaokrąglonym rogiem (10) przeznaczony dla monet groszowych. Ściana dolna posiada co najmniej jeden korzystnie okrągły wylotowy otwór do monet, rozmieszczenie otworów wylotowych jest ukształtowane odpowiednio do kształtu kasety (2). Pomiędzy otworami prowadzącymi znajdują się przewody prowadzące monety, przewody dochodząc do ściany górnej posiadają odpowiednio ukształtowane rozszerzenia.The combined steering wheel is used as an element improving the sorter's work, it is placed in the sorter above the cassette. The steering wheel consists of the top wall (4), side wall (5) and bottom wall (6). Between the upper wall and the bottom wall (6) there are wires, through which coins fall into the cassette. The top wall (4) and bottom wall adjoin the side wall (5) at an angle of 90 °. The side wall (5) has cutouts in the shape of rounded triangles (7) and cutouts in the shape of rounded rectangles (8). The top wall (4) has at least two preferably rectangular coin inlets (9) and preferably one square inlet with one rounded corner (10) for penny coins. The bottom wall has at least one preferably circular outlet for coins, the arrangement of the outlet holes is shaped according to the shape of the cassette (2). Between the guide holes there are wires leading to coins, the wires reaching the top wall have appropriately shaped extensions.
