Abstract
Ergonomiczna odzież ochronna, zwłaszcza dla ratowników górniczych, składa się bluzy z kieszeniami oraz spodni. W bluzie na linii od dołu tułowia przez pachy i wzdłuż boku rękawa znajdują się wywietrzniki (6) oraz w spodniach do pasa na linii poniżej kolana do wysokości uda znajdują się wywietrzniki do wentylacji użytkownika w formie otworów wentylacyjnych z siatki dzianinowej. Ponadto odzież zawiera wyjmowane woreczki z siatki dzianinowej wypełnione makrokapsułkami przemiany fazowej umieszczone w trzech kieszonkach zlokalizowanych w bocznych częściach stójki (14) oraz w jej tylnej części (15), przy czym tylna kieszonka przedłużona jest do miejsca złączenia rękawów na tyle bluzy. W stójce (1) zastosowano pętelki do mocowania dopinanego kaptura, natomiast na linii łokcia znajduje się kieszeń (5) oraz na linii kolana znajduje się kieszeń. W celu ograniczenia przesuwania się ochraniaczy w spodniach, na wysokości górnej i dolnej krawędzi kieszeni na ochraniacze łokci wykonano tunele z wpuszczoną wewnątrz taśmą gumową zapinaną na guzik. Na rękawie, na tylnej części stójki (15) i na nogawkach znajdują się naniesione metodą laminowania termicznego pasy taśmy odblaskowej (7).Ergonomic protective clothing, especially for mining rescuers, consists of sweatshirts with pockets and trousers. In the sweatshirt on the line from the bottom of the torso through the armpits and along the side of the sleeve there are ventilators (6) and in the trousers to the waist on the line below the knee up to the height of the thigh there are ventilators for user's ventilation in the form of knitted mesh ventilation holes. In addition, the clothing contains removable knit mesh pouches filled with phase change macrocapsules placed in three pockets located in the side parts of the stand-up collar (14) and in its back part (15), while the back pocket is extended to the place where the sleeves are joined at the back of the sweatshirt. The stand-up collar (1) has loops for attaching the detachable hood, while on the elbow line there is a pocket (5) and on the knee line there is a pocket. In order to limit the movement of the pads in the trousers, tunnels with recessed rubber band fastened with a button are made at the height of the upper and lower edges of the pockets for the elbow pads. On the sleeve, on the back of the stand-up collar (15) and on the legs there are strips of reflective tape applied by thermal lamination (7).
