Spojler dachowy z panelem fotowoltaicznym charakteryzuje się tym, że ma korpus zbudowany z wyprofilowanej płyty akrylowej o zaoblonych krawędziach, zawierającej część środkową (11) zawierającą wgłębienie (14) o prostokątnym obrysie oraz części boczne (12) przylegające do części środkowej (11) i krótsze od części środkowej (11), z ramionami (13) skierowanymi prostopadle w dół względem górnej powierzchni spojlera, przy czym we wgłębieniu (14) znajduje się panel fotowoltaiczny (15) o wysokości równej wysokości wgłębienia (14).
