Abstract

Wentylator (1) do okapów kuchennych do użytku domowego obejmuje obudowę spiralną albo dyfuzor (2), w którym jest wprowadzony ruchomo odśrodkowy wirnik albo koło dmuchawy (3). Wewnątrz wirnika albo koła dmuchawy (3) jest umieszczony silnik elektryczny (4), który jest zamocowany na pierwszej stronie (36) dyfuzora (2), gdzie jest przewidziany wlot dla powietrza zasysanego z płyty kuchennej. Wspomniany silnik (4) stanowi silnik bezszczotkowy z magnesami trwałymi, który jest sterowany przez układ elektroniczny (41), należący do własnego nośnika albo płytki drukowanej (40). Wspomniany silnik (4) wytwarza ruch obrotowy wału napędowego (6), który jest połączony z odśrodkowym wirnikiem, wystającym od pierwszej strony (36) silnika. Druga strona (37), leżąca naprzeciwko pierwszej strony, jest zamocowana na dyfuzorze. Płytka drukowana (40) do sterowania silnikiem (4) jest połączona z pierwszą stroną (36) silnika (6) i przechodzi przez nią wał napędowy.
