Abstract

Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego stanowi bieżnia do badań koni i kuców posiadająca przesuwną taśmę, podest do wchodzenia, podest do schodzenia oraz bariery boczne charakteryzująca się tym, że posiada dodatkowo konstrukcję ścienną (6), z powierzchnią czołową (8), na której przedstawiona jest naturalna zieleń, przy czym konstrukcja ścienna (6) znajduje się przed bieżnią (1), od strony podestu do schodzenia (4) i w odległości (x) wynoszącej od 3,0 do 4,5 m, mierzonej od oczu konia i skierowana jest powierzchnią czołową (8) w kierunku bieżni (1), a powierzchnia czołowa (8) ma kształt prostokąta o wymiarach nie mniejszych niż długość (d) = 350 cm x wysokość (w) = 220 cm. Korzystnie, naturalną zieleń stanowi przedstawienie drogi w lesie.
