Zgodna ze zgłoszeniem etykieta hybrydowa charakteryzuje się tym, że w jej narożu pole (1) stanowiące około 3% jej całkowitej powierzchni jest pokryte dwoma lakierami, to jest lakierem funkcjonalnym i lakierem uwalniającym w 100%, kolejne pole (2) stanowiące około 30% całkowitej powierzchni etykiety jest pokryte lakierem wierzchnim z 30% rastrem, natomiast pole (3) o powierzchni stanowiącej około 30% całkowitej powierzchni etykiety jest pokryte lakierem wierzchnim z 50% rastrem. Kolejne pole (4) również stanowiące około 30% całkowitej powierzchni etykiety jest pokryte lakierem wierzchnim z 70% rastrem, natomiast ostatnie pole (5) tworzące zawias, stanowiące pas o powierzchni równej około 5% całkowitej powierzchni etykiety, nie jest pokryte lakierami, co umożliwia trwałe sklejenie etykiety wielowarstwowej w tym miejscu.
