KURTKA MESKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kurtka meska - ocieplana, przeznaczona dla osób przebywajacych lub zatrudnionych w róznych warunkach atmosferycznych lub w pomieszczeniach o niskich temperaturach., w handlu kurtka bedzie wystepowala pod nazwa „KURTKA MESKA OCIEPLANA COLUMBIA" Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac kurtki meskiej ocieplanej, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w ksztaltach linii, cechach kroju i poszczególnych elementach funkcjonalnych takich jak: kieszenie, zamki, rzepy,. Wewnatrz kurtka fig .6 posiada warstwe ocieplajaca, pikowana w kontrastowym kolorze. Na wysokosci karku umieszczone jest miejsce na metke Wewnatrz kurtki fig.3 i fig. 6. w jej dolnej czesci znajduja sie trzy kieszenie o róznej wielkosci z których jedna wieksza zamykana jest na zamek a dwie mniejsze zapinane na rzepy. Dól kurtki regulowany jest elastycznym sznurkiem ze stoperami. In the trade, the jacket will be known under the name "MENS' INSULATED JACKET COLUMBIA". The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an insulated men's jacket, manifested in particular in the shapes of the lines, cut features and individual functional elements such as: pockets, zippers, Velcro. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached drawings figl, fig2 and fig.3 and in illustrations fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, in which: fig. 1 - shows a drawing of a jacket with a hood in a front view, fig. 2 - shows a drawing of a jacket with a hood in a back view. fug 3 - shows a drawing of an unzipped jacket with an unfastened hood, fig. 4 - shows illustrations of the jacket from the front with a hood, fig. 5 - shows illustrations of a partially unzipped jacket without a hood, fig. 6 - shows illustrations of an unzipped jacket without a hood, fig. 7 - shows illustrations of the upper part of the jacket with a hood attachment, fig. 8 - shows illustrations of a jacket sleeve with a flap, fig. 9 - shows illustrations of a fragment of the upper part of an unzipped jacket. Men's jacket with inserts in contrasting colors - fig. 4, while the inside is two-colored - fig. 6, jacket fastening with a zipper, covered with a Velcro placket, fig. 6. The jacket has a hood fastened with a zipper, fig. 7. The sleeves in the upper part are kimono-type, stitched with decorative reflective piping separating the two colors of the sleeve, fig. 4, at the back the sleeves have additional reinforcements sewn on at the elbows, fig. 2. The ends of the sleeves feature Velcro tabs to adjust the sleeve width (Fig. 8). The jacket's lower front section features two diagonal pockets with Velcro closures hidden in the seams where the two colors meet. Two reflective inserts are sewn diagonally next to the pockets (Fig. 1 and Fig. 4). The upper section features two pockets sewn inside, the left one with an external Velcro flap, and the right smaller one is vertical and also fastened with Velcro (Fig. 1). Inside, the Fig. 6 jacket has a contrasting quilted insulating layer. A label is located at the neck. Inside the Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 jackets, the lower section features three pockets of varying sizes, one larger with a zipper and two smaller with Velcro closures. The bottom hem is adjustable with an elastic drawstring and stoppers. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN Men’s jacket according to the industrial design shown in drawings fig. 1-3 and in illustrative material fig. 4-9 is characterized by the following: • it has inserts in contrasting colors - fig. 4, while the inside of the jacket is two-color - fig. 6. - contrasting reflective inserts in the form of rectangular tapes are sewn diagonally into the lower part of the jacket - it has a full-length zipper closure covered with a Velcro placket fig. 6 - it has a detachable hood fastened with a zipper fig. 7. - the sleeves in the upper part are kimono-type, stitched with decorative reflective piping separating the two sleeve colors fig. 4, at the back the sleeves have additional reinforcements sewn on at the elbows fig. 2. At the end of the sleeves there are Velcro tabs that regulate the sleeve width. Fig. 8. - The jacket has two slanted pockets with Velcro closures sewn into the lower front, hidden in the seams where the two colors of the briefs meet. In the upper part of the jacket there are two pockets sewn inside, the left one has a Velcro closure flap on the outside, and the right smaller one is vertically positioned and also fastened with Velcro. - The collar is detachable and fleece-lined. - The bottom of the jacket is adjustable with an elastic drawstring with stoppers.
