Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest osłona drzew i krzewów na osiedlach miejskich i w parkach przed zanieczyszczeniem odchodami płynnymi spacerujących psów, a także przed uszkodzeniami przy przycinaniu traw. Osłona drzew i krzewów na osiedlach miejskich i w parkach charakteryzuje się tym, ze ma kształt stożka ściętego (1) zakończonego u góry kołnierzem (6) zaopatrzonego w zatrzask spinający (2). U dołu stożka ściętego (1) znajduje się misa (3) zaopatrzona w przewody (4) z otworami (5) odprowadzającymi nagromadzone w misie (3) substancje płynne pod powierzchnię gruntu.
