Abstract

Rozsiewacz nawozów mineralnych zawiera ramę nośną (1), na której osadzony jest zasobnik. Zasobnik przedzielony jest przegrodą (14) na dwie nierówne komory (15a i 15b). Dno każdej z komór (15a i 15b) stanowią odrębne przenośniki łańcuchowe. W tylnej ścianie (11) zasobnika znajduje się uchylna klapa zawierająca dwie zasuwy, po jednej dla każdej z komór (15a i 15b). Za klapą, bezpośrednio nad przenośnikami łańcuchowymi, znajduje się zbieżny przenośnik ślimakowy. Na ujściu przenośników łańcuchowych znajduje się koryto , w którym umieszczony jest zbieżny przenośnik ślimakowy. W dnie koryta znajduje się otwór z ruchomą przesłoną, za którą znajduje się zsyp ze zgarniaczem. Pod korytem umieszczone są dwa talerze wysiewające. Ponadto do ramy nośnej (1), z boku zasobnika, zamocowany jest ładowacz hydrauliczny (38).
