Abstract

Taśma ostrzegawcza do wykrywania gorących powierzchni, stanowiąca strukturę wielowarstwową ma warstwę (1) podłoża z folii poliestrowej o grubości od 20 µm do 400 µm, na której od góry znajduje się warstwa (2) z nadrukiem o barwie ostrzegawczej i grubości od 5 µm do 50 µm, przykryta jednobarwną warstwą (3) termochromatyczną o grubości od 10 µm do 150 µm, nieprzeświecalną w temperaturze poniżej 60°C. Warstwa (3) termochromatyczna jest zabezpieczona warstwą (4) transparentnego laminatu poliestrowego o grubości od 5 do 300 µm. Od dołu na warstwie (1) podłoża znajduje się warstwa (5) samoprzylepna o grubości od 10 µm do 140 µm, zabezpieczona folią antyadhezyjną lub papierem (6). W temperaturze powyżej 60°C warstwa (3) termochromatyczna jest przezroczysta dla znajdującej się pod nią warstwy (2) z nadrukiem ostrzegawczym.
