Abstract

Urządzenie uplastyczniające wytłaczarki jednoślimakowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z obudowy (1), w której znajduje się pierwszy cylinder (2) z przelotowymi rowkami wzdłużnymi, wewnątrz którego znajduje się drugi cylinder (7) z przelotowymi rowkami wzdłużnymi. W każdym z rowków znajduje się płytka klinowa (3), natomiast z każdą z płytek klinowych (3) styka się od strony zewnętrznej klin (4a) zespołu sterującego (4). Każdy klin (4a) połączony jest jednym końcem ze stopniowaną rurą (4b), na której stopniu o mniejszej średnicy znajduje się gwint zewnętrzny, który współpracuje z gwintem wewnętrznym na nakrętce (5) umieszczonej od strony zasypu, zaś wewnątrz zespołu sterującego znajduje się tuleja (6a) z tarczą domykającą (6b), która styka się z końcem korpusu (2). Wewnątrz drugiego cylindra (7) znajduje się ślimak (8).
