Zgłoszenie dotyczy modułowego urządzenia dylatacyjnego (1) przeznaczonego do zabezpieczania szczelin dylatacyjnych w obiektach inżynierskich. Modułowe urządzenie dylatacyjne (1) ma dwa skrajne profile (2) oraz umieszczony pomiędzy nimi profil środkowy (3). Profile (2, 3) połączone są nożycowym mechanizmem sterującym (4), przy czym pomiędzy każdym skrajnym profilem (2) a nożycowym mechanizmem sterującym (4) zamocowany jest przegub wychylno-obrotowy (6). Z kolei każdy środkowy profil (3) połączonym jest z przyporządkowaną mu końcówką nożycowego mechanizmu sterującego (4) za pomocą zespołu łożyskowego. Każdy przegub wychylno-obrotowy (6) posiada korpus oraz dwa talerze osadcze, a sam korpus od dołu osadzony jest obrotowo na elemencie sprężystym połączonym z dolnym talerzem osadczym.The application concerns a modular expansion device (1) intended for the protection of expansion joints in engineering structures. The modular expansion joint (1) has two end profiles (2) and a center profile (3) arranged between them. Profiles (2, 3) are connected by a scissor steering mechanism (4), and between each extreme profile (2) and a scissor steering mechanism (4) a tilt-rotary joint (6) is mounted. In turn, each central profile (3) is connected to its associated end of the scissor steering mechanism (4) by means of a bearing assembly. Each pivot joint (6) has a body and two mounting plates, and the body itself is rotatably mounted on an elastic element connected to the lower mounting plate from the bottom.
