Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest retorta uniwersalna, przeznaczona do spalania paliwa stałego w tym rozdrobnione gatunki węgla, peletu, trocin i biomasy. Retorta uniwersalna stanowi cylindryczna obudowa (1) z podstawą (2), na której osadzony jest rozłącznie skorupowy kształtowy pierścień (3), a na nim osadzona jest retorta (4) o kształcie pierścienia, którego wewnętrzna powierzchnia ukształtowana jest w kształt stożków ściętych, stykających się podstawami, zaś na całej dolnie pobocznicy retorty (4) rozmieszczone są przelotowe otwory i na jej powierzchni górnej osadzona jest retorta (8) o kształcie stożka ściętego, której powierzchnia wewnętrzna ma kształt dwóch stożków ściętych stykających się mniejszymi podstawami, zaś każdy z elementów na obwodzie zewnętrznym ma występ mocujące (11) poprzez które mocowana jest retorta (4) i retorta (8) ze sobą i skorupowym kształtowym pierścieniem, oraz z cylindryczną obudową (1). Na cylindrycznej obudowie (1) osadzone są, co najmniej dwa zatrzaski spinające (12) poszczególne elementy retorty uniwersalnej.The subject of the application is a universal retort, intended for combustion of solid fuel, including shredded coal, pellets, sawdust and biomass. The universal retort is a cylindrical housing (1) with a base (2), on which a shell-shaped ring (3) is detachably mounted, and a ring-shaped retort (4) is mounted on it, the inner surface of which is shaped like truncated cones, in contact with with the bases, while the entire lower side of the retort (4) has through holes and on its upper surface there is a truncated-cone-shaped retort (8), the inner surface of which has the shape of two truncated cones touching the smaller bases, and each of the elements on its outer periphery has a fixing projection (11) through which the retort (4) and the retort (8) are fastened together and with a shell shaped ring, and with a cylindrical housing (1). Mounted on the cylindrical housing (1) are at least two catches (12) that hold together the individual elements of the universal retort.
