Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest przegroda budowlana, przydatna do tworzenia różnego rodzaju ogrodzeń i balustrad, budowy wiat samochodowych oraz zabudowy tarasów. Przegroda budowlana, utworzona z profilowych słupów nośnych oraz osadzonych pomiędzy nimi wypełnień, przy czym w słupach nośnych są utworzone wzdłużne rowki montażowe, natomiast wypełnienia są zbudowane z usytuowanych równolegle jedna nad drugą, wielokomorowych listew profilowych, których końcówki są zagłębione w rowkach montażowych słupów nośnych, charakteryzuje się tym, że listwy (4) wypełnienia (2) są rozmieszczone w odstępach od siebie, a ich końcówki są wsparte na dystansowych wkładkach (5, 6) osadzonych w montażowych rowkach (3) nośnych słupów (1, 1'), przy czym montażowy rowek (3) każdego słupa (1, 1') ma zarys zbliżony do litery C i jest ograniczony wzdłużnymi, zwróconymi ku sobie obrzeżami, zaś na bocznych ścianach montażowego rowka (3) są utworzone naprzeciw siebie dwa wzdłużne żebra, oddzielone od jego obrzeży dwiema osadczymi szczelinami, przy czym boczne ściany montażowego rowka (3) mają wklęsłe powierzchnie, rozpostarte pomiędzy dnem rowka (3) i jego wzdłużnymi żebrami.The subject of the utility model is a construction partition, useful for creating various types of fences and balustrades, building carports and building terraces.
