Napinacz (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że listwa mocująca (2) posiada dwie równoległe szczeliny oddalone od siebie na odległość uchwytów (3) a uchwyty (3) są ze sobą połączone łącznikiem na końcach przeciwnych do wolnych końców uchwytów (3), w których osadzony jest sworzeń (4). Uchwyty (3) są umieszczone w szczelinach listwy mocującej (2) tak, że łącznik uchwytów (3) przylega do powierzchni listwy mocującej (2) przeciwległej do powierzchni, z której wystają uchwyty (3) a oś symetrii każdego z uchwytów (3) usytuowana jest pod kątem (?) do powierzchni listwy mocującej (2).
