Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej sza- cie graficznej i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata w poziome bialo-pomaranczowe paski, na tle których w czesci centralnej etykiety znajduje sie biale pole w ksztalcie ukosnie usytuowanego owalu. Na zewnatrz bialego owalu, na przedluzeniu jego dluz- szej osi znajduja sie dwa zielone, w przyblizeniu trójkatne pola, a wewnatrz niego znajduje sie pole zielone, ograniczone fantazyjnymi liniami falistymi. Wewnatrz zie-lonego pola znajduje sie napis wykonany wersalikami w kolorze pomaranczowym z biala obwódka oraz napis w kolorze bialym, zas nad zielonym polem, wewnatrz bia- lego owalu napis wykonany wersalikami, pismem szeryfowym w kolorze pomaran- czowym z pomaranczowo-biala obwódka. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in its original graphic design and color scheme. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label from the front. The label, according to the design, is rectangular with horizontal white and orange stripes, against which, in the central part of the label, there is a white field in the shape of a diagonally placed oval. Outside the white oval, along its longer axis, are two green, approximately triangular fields, and inside it is a green field bounded by fanciful wavy lines. Inside the green field there is an inscription in orange capital letters with a white border and an inscription in white. Above the green field, inside a white oval, there is an inscription in orange capital letters, serifed, with an orange and white border. PL PL PL
