Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest listwa mocująca folię, przeznaczona do zastosowania zwłaszcza w budownictwie, do zamykania, zabezpieczania otworów budynku, celem prowadzenia wewnątrz prac budowlanych. Listwa mocująca, złożona jest z trzech elementów - podstawy z gniazdem mocującym stanowiących jednolity element, oraz elementów rozłącznych charakteryzuje się tym, że podstawa (1) ma postać płaskiego elementu o zarysie prostopadłościanu, zaś centralnie pośrodku usytuowane są kształtowe, ażurowe elementy (5) utworzone z prostokątnych płaszczyzn prostopadłych do podstawy (1) płaszczyzn usytuowanych pod kątem oraz płaszczyzn poziomych, przy czym elementy (5), mają zarys zbliżony do stylizowanych liter "R", połączonych w części dolnej równoległym do podstawy elementem (6), powyżej którego pomiędzy ramionami elementów (5) usytuowany jest element (2), o zarysie stylizowanej litery "U", której ramiona w części górnej zakończone są prostopadłymi do ramion, prostopadłościennymi płaszczyznami, zaś podstawa w części dolnej, ma profilowane na zewnątrz naroża, przy czym element (2) ma usytuowany wewnątrz element (3) w postaci ażurowego prostopadłościanu o łukowej podstawie.The subject of the application is a foil fixing strip, intended for use, in particular, in construction, for closing and securing building openings, in order to conduct construction works inside.
