Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie do inicjowania rolek bezrdzeniowych w maszynach nawijających worki, charakteryzujące się tym, że składa się z: metalowego mostka (2), na którego przednim słupku (14) znajduje się deflektor (1) połączony z kanałem wlotu powietrza (3), przy czym deflektor (1) wytwarza kurtynę powietrzną (4), która podąża ścieżką łuku mostka (5), pod którym to mostkiem znajduje się trzpień (6), na którym powinno rozpocząć się nawijanie worka (10); klina uszczelniającego (12) umieszczonego pod tylnym słupkiem mostka (15) w taki sposób, że jego przednia skośna płaszczyzna (13) stanowi przedłużenie łuku mostka (5), rozciągając się do poziomu przenośnika taśmowego (9) dostarczającego worki (10), a klin uniemożliwia kurtynie powietrznej (4) naruszenie szeregu worków (10) ułożonych poniżej.
