Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest metalowa płyta separująca (1) kontenera przechylnego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że jest pochylona w kierunku wysypu odpadów i szczelnie połączona ze ścianami kontenera ciągłą spoiną (S) tworząc komorę (K) na ściekającą z odpadów ciecz, a w jej obniżonym fragmencie przy spoinie (S) posiada rząd otworów (2), z których każdy występuje w wierzchołku wybrania w tej płycie.
