Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płytka, która charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonana jest z masy budowlanej, która może zostać wzbogacona o dodatkowe elementy (2), podnoszące np. walory estetyczno-dekoracyjne, czy też parametry wytrzymałościowe produktu finalnego. Półfabrykat (1) rozłupany jest na ciąg segmentów (3) o nieregularnej strukturze i chropowatej powierzchni (5) sąsiadujących ze sobą segmentów (3). Każdy segment (3) podzielony jest na dwie części. Powierzchnie powstające w wyniku rozcięcia segmentu (3) są stosunkowo gładkie, natomiast odpowiadające sobie dwie płytki (4) dwóch przylegających do siebie segmentów (3) stanowią po ich złożeniu klocek (7).
