Abstract
Poprzeczny pusty drążek stabilizujący do lekkiego pojazdu zawierający lewy korpus drążka (1), prawy korpus drążka (2) i elastyczny łącznik (3), w którym lewy korpus drążka (1) i prawy korpus drążka (2) są zaopatrzone w poziomą rurę (11) i pionową rurę (12), tworzące integralną strukturę w postaci jednego elementu. Lewy korpus drążka (1) i prawy korpus drążka (2) są połączone elastycznym łącznikiem (3), dolne końce pionowych rur (12) lewego korpusu drążka (1) i prawego korpusu drążka (2) są wyposażone w element łączący. W dolnej części, wewnątrz elementu łączącego, znajduje się wkładka wzmacniająca. W każdym z elementów łączących lewego korpusu drążka (1) i prawego korpusu drążka (2) są wykonane otwory przelotowe w kierunku lewo-prawo we wprost przeciwległych położeniach. Otwory przelotowe dwóch elementów łączących są wyposażone w pierwszą tuleję, przy czym wewnątrz każdej pierwszej tulei jest umieszczona druga tuleja. Na powierzchni lewego boku i prawego boku elementów łączących zamontowano odpowiednio metalowe podkładki, przy czym metalowe podkładki są połączone na stałe z pierwszą tuleją. Elementy łączące są połączone z lewą i prawą częścią zawieszenia karoserii samochodu.Transverse hollow stabilizer bar for light vehicle including left bar body (1), right bar body (2) and flexible joint (3), in which the left bar body (1) and right bar body (2) are provided with a horizontal tube (11 ) and a vertical tube (12), forming an integral structure in the form of one piece. The left bar body (1) and the right bar body (2) are connected by an elastic joint (3), the lower ends of the vertical tubes (12) of the left bar body (1) and the right bar body (2) are equipped with a connecting piece. There is a reinforcement insert in the lower part inside the connecting piece. In each of the connecting elements of the left bar body (1) and the right bar body (2) there are left-right through holes in directly opposite positions. The through-holes of the two connecting elements are provided with a first sleeve, and a second sleeve is placed inside each first sleeve. Metal washers are respectively mounted on the surface of the left side and the right side of the connecting elements, the metal washers being firmly connected to the first sleeve. Connecting elements are connected to the left and right parts of the car body suspension.
