Abstract

Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy cylindra suszącego typu Yankee do suszenia wstęgi włóknistej (W), takiej jak wstęga bibułki papierowej. Cylinder suszący typu Yankee zawiera okrągły cylindryczny korpus (2), który rozciąga się osiowo i ma pierwszy osiowy koniec (4) i drugi osiowy koniec (5). Korpus ma również wewnętrzną powierzchnię (6) i zewnętrzną powierzchnię (7). Na każdym osiowym końcu (4, 5) okrągłego cylindrycznego korpusu (2) znajduje się połączona z nim końcowa ściana (8, 9), tak że okrągły cylindryczny korpus (2) i końcowe ściany (8, 9) tworzą zamkniętą przestrzeń. Między końcowymi ścianami (8, 9) rozciąga się centralny człon łączący (14), połączony z nimi spawami.
