Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii - fig.1 Figura przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka uwidoczniona na fig.1, od podstawy lukowato rozszerza sie ku górze, po czym do okolo Vi swej wysokosci ma równomierny walcowy ksztalt. Na tej powierzchni wykonano szesc obwodowych rowków, które rozmieszczone sa w równej odleglosci od siebie, tworzac tym samym charakterystyczne pokarbowanie. Ponad ostatnim z opisanych wyzej rowków, butelka na calym obwodzie ma indywidualizujace ja lukowate wklesniecie, w obszarze którego wykonano kolejne trzy obwodowe rowki, pomiedzy którymi odleglosci sa nieco mniejsze niz odleglosci pomiedzy rowkami dolnej czesci butelki. Ponad ostatnim rowkiem, butelka przyjmuje ponownie walcowaty ksztalt. Na obwodzie walca wykonano ornament w postaci polaczonych ze sobakwadratowych plaszczyzn z uwypuklonymi na ich powierzchni, przecinajacymi sie przekatnymi kwadratu. Ponad charakterystycznym ornamentem wykonano kolejny obwodowy rowek, powyzej którego butelka przyjmuje ksztalt stozka scietego. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która w dolnej czesci posiada szesc, oddalonych od siebie w równej odleglosci, obwodowych rowków majacych te sama srednice a dalej posiada lukowate wklesniecie, w obszarze którego wykonano kolejne trzy obwodowe rowki, pomiedzy którymi odleglosci sa nieco mniejsze niz odleglosci pomiedzy rowkami dolnej czesci butelki. Cecha istotna wzoru jest równiez to, ze w górnej walcowatej czesci butelki znajduje sie ornament w postaci polaczonych ze soba kwadratowych plaszczyzn z uwypuklonymi na ich powierzchni, przecinajacymi sie przekatnymi kwadratu.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached photograph - Fig. 1. The figure of the subject of the industrial design represents a bottle in perspective view. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 widens from the base upwards in an arc-like manner, then assumes a uniform cylindrical shape for approximately 1/2 of its height. Six circumferential grooves are made on this surface, spaced equidistant from each other, creating a characteristic fluting. Above the last of the grooves described above, the bottle has an individualizing arc-shaped concavity along its entire circumference, within which another three circumferential grooves are made, the distances between which are slightly smaller than the distances between the grooves in the lower part of the bottle. Above the last groove, the bottle once again assumes a cylindrical shape. The cylinder's circumference features an ornament in the form of interconnected square planes with the intersecting diagonals of a square emphasizing their surface. Above this characteristic ornament is another circumferential groove, above which the bottle takes on the shape of a truncated cone. The essential features of the industrial design are the ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which in its lower part features six circumferential grooves of the same diameter, spaced equidistantly apart, and further on, an arc-shaped concavity, within which are three more circumferential grooves, the distances between which are slightly smaller than the distances between the grooves of the lower part of the bottle. Another significant feature of the design is that the upper cylindrical part of the bottle features an ornament in the form of interconnected square planes with the intersecting diagonals of a square emphasizing their surface.
