Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wersja mechanizmu rozrządu silnika spalinowego czterosuwowego. Wałek rozrządu napędza poprzez przekładnię kół zębatych stożkowych, obrotową przesłonę sekwencyjną (5) kolejności zdarzeń, poza tym napędza poprzez krzywkę (1) zawór grzybkowy (4). Krzywka (1) ukształtowana jest tak, że otwiera zawór grzybkowy (4) na łączny czas wydechu i ssania a otwór w obrotowej przesłonie usytuowanej na centralnej kolumnie pokrywy, służy do naprzemiennego otwierania przepływu wydechowego i przepływu ssącego. Parą - zawór grzybkowy (4) i otwór w przesłonie (5), można uzyskać dużą przelotowość gazów (relatywnie duże przekroje przepływów) i w konsekwencji, opóźniając wydech, poprawić sprawność. W rozrządzie silnika realizowanego wg opisu, popularne obecnie w głowicach 16-cie zaworów, zastąpią cztery.
