Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wykrój opakowania, który posiada dno (1), dwie ściany boczne (2), wieko (3) i zakładkę centralną (4) ułożone współliniowo oraz po bokach zakładki boczne (5) i skrzydła wzmacniające (6). Wieko (3) posiada uchwyt (7) w postaci dwóch półokrągłych wycięć. Zakładki boczne (5) przylegające do dna (1) i wieka (3) mają kształt trapezu, a skrzydła wzmacniające (9) przylegające do ścian bocznych (2) mają kształt trapezu z prostokątnym wycięciem. Wykrój posiada przecięcia (8) znajdujące się przy półokrągłych wycięciach stanowiących uchwyt (7) i na krawędzi ściany bocznej (2). Wykrój posiada perforacje (9) w postaci łamanych przebiegającej między przecięciami (8) ukośnie na ścianach bocznych i zakładce centralnej oraz w poprzek skrzydeł wzmacniających (6). Ściany boczne (2) na krawędziach z dnem (1) posiadają wycięcia (10), natomiast wieko (3) ma wypusty (11) w postaci nacięć, przy czym wycięcia (10) i wypusty (11) ułożone są współosiowo. Wycięcia (10) i wypusty (11) mają kształt prostokątów z zaokrąglonymi dwoma rogami. Pomiędzy dwoma półokrągłymi wycięciami stanowiącymi uchwyt (7) znajduje się wzmocnienie (12).The subject of the application is a package blank with a bottom (1), two side walls (2), a lid (3) and a central fold (4) arranged in alignment, and side folds (5) and reinforcing wings (6) on the sides. The lid (3) has a handle (7) in the form of two semicircular cutouts. The side laps (5) adjacent to the bottom (1) and the lid (3) have a trapezoidal shape, and the reinforcing wings (9) adjacent to the side walls (2) have a trapezoidal shape with a rectangular cutout. The blank has cuts (8) at the semicircular cut-outs (7) and on the edge of the side wall (2). The blank has perforations (9) in the form of broken ones running between the cuts (8) diagonally on the side walls and the central overlap and across the reinforcing wings (6). The side walls (2) at the edges with the bottom (1) have notches (10), while the lid (3) has protrusions (11) in the form of cuts, while the notches (10) and protrusions (11) are arranged coaxially. The cutouts (10) and the projections (11) are rectangular in shape with two rounded corners. There is a reinforcement (12) between the two semicircular cut-outs (7).
