Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sopssób biologicz¬ nego oczyszczania scieków przemyslowych fenolo¬ wych i sanitarnych.Znane sa dwa sposoby oczyszczania scieków przemyslowych fenolowych metoda osadu czynne¬ go. W pierwszym sposobie oczyszcza sie scieki przemyslowe fenolowe bez dodatku scieków sani¬ tarnych. W procesie wykorzystane sa uciazliwe zwiaz¬ ki stanowiace odpady, a takze eliminuje sie sto¬ sowanie dotychczas fosforowych pozywek stano¬ wiacych cenny surowiec. 128 3343 Przyklad. There are known two methods of purification of industrial phenolic sewage by the activated sludge method. The first method treats phenolic industrial wastewater without the addition of sanitary wastewater. In the second method, phenolic wastewater is biologically treated mixed with biologically contaminated sanitary wastewater in a random proportion. Purification of phenolic wastewater according to the first method causes inhibition of biological processes by a high concentration of toxic compounds and requires a long time of aeration of 36 to 48 hours. The dosing of phosphorus nutrients, which is a valuable raw material, leads to a negative sludge balance, and consequently to a low degree wastewater treatment. Purification according to the second method results in the formation of a large amount of non-drainable sludge excessively contaminated with toxic compounds and very difficult to dispose of. The solution according to the invention consists in the initial cleaning of sanitary sewage from sand and screenings, and then the biologically active sludge method with organic substances and also consists in cleaning phenolic wastewater from sand and oily-tar substances and, in turn, biological cleaning of these wastewater using the active sludge method of phenols and other toxic compounds. It is characterized by the fact that biologically treated sanitary sewage is added as a nutrient and activator to phenolic sewage before biological treatment in the amount of 0.2 to 1 m8 / m8 of phenolic sewage, and at the same time the sludge from the biological treatment of sewage is added to Quantities from 0.01 to 0.2 kg of dry matter per 1 m3 of treated phenolic wastewater to industrial phenolic wastewater undergo biological treatment as a stabilizing agent for the amount of active phenolic sludge in the phenolic biological treatment circuit to maintain the concentration of the sludge recycle from 40 to 110% of the sludge, the aeration process of phenolic industrial sewage after the addition of biologically treated sanitary sewage and the activated sludge from this process and the recirculation of phenolic sludge is carried out for 6 to 10 hours depending on the concentration of phenolic sewage, and the remaining part of the activated sludge and sanitary sewage from the biologist The cleaning of the waste water and the biologically purified phenolic waste water are sent for further management. This method of cleaning is efficient as well as ensures a high degree of waste water treatment. The process uses troublesome compounds constituting waste, and also eliminates the use of previously used phosphorus nutrients, which are a valuable raw material. 128 3343 Ex. To the stream, with an output of 100 ml, industrial phenolic sewage containing about 100 mg of phenol per day of sewage are added, nutrient solution and activator, biologically treated sanitary sewage in the amount of 0.4 m8 / m8 of phenolic sewage and active sludge from treated sanitary sewage, there is an agent stabilizing the amount of active phenolic sludge in the phenolic biological treatment circuit, in the amount of 0.1 kg. dry weight / lm8 of wastewater phenolic eh. After mixing, phenolic wastewater is aerated in the chamber, the average residence time of the wastewater in the chamber is about 8 h. The concentration of phenolic activated sludge recirculation in this process is 70 cm8 / g sediment. After this process, the concentration of phenols in the wastewater was 1 mg / dm8 of wastewater. Patent claim A method of biological treatment of industrial and sanitary phenolic wastewater consisting in the initial cleaning of sanitary wastewater from sand and screenings, and then a biological method of active sludge from organic substances and also involving the cleaning of phenolic wastewater from sand and oil-tar substances and, in turn, biological cleaning of these wastewaters using the active sludge method1 of phenols and other toxic compounds, characterized in that biologically treated sanitary wastewater is added as a nutrient solution and activator for phenolic sewage before biological treatment in the amount of 0.2 to 1 m8 / m8 of phenolic sewage, and at the same time sludge from the biological treatment of sanitary sewage is added in an amount of 0.01 to 0.2 kg dry the mass per 1 m 8 of purified phenolic sewage to industrial phenolic sewage before its biological purification combined, as a stabilizing agent, the amount of active phenolic sludge in the phenolic biological purification circuit to maintain the concentration of phenolic sludge recirculation in the range from 40 to 110 cm 3 / g of sludge, while the phenolic industrial sewage aeration process after adding biologically treated sanitary sewage and active sludge from this process, as well as phenolic sludge recirculation, it is carried out in a range of 6 to 10 h depending on the concentration of phenolic sewage, and the remaining part of the activated sludge and sanitary sewage from biological Wastewater cleaning and biologically treated phenolic wastewater are sent for further management.
