Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest sekcja robocza kombajnu do zbioru owoców truskawek z upraw, prowadzonych rzędowo lub zagonowo, polowych lub pod osłonami charakteryzująca się tym, że posiada autonomiczną ramę z taśmowym przenośnikiem owoców, wyposażoną w sześć ramion głowicy roboczej (1) i sześć ramion przeczesywacza (7), przy czym każde ramię głowicy roboczej (1) jest przytwierdzone do ramy autonomicznej poprzez mechanizm posuwu wzdłużnego, a następnie poprzez mechanizm obrotu w płaszczyźnie pionowej (3) i poprzez mechanizm obrotu w płaszczyźnie poziomej (4) oraz jest dzielone na dwa odcinki, dłuższy obejmujący 0,8 długości całego ramienia, wyposażony w zębatkę mechanizmu posuwu wzdłużnego (2), w mechanizm posuwu wzdłużnego i mechanizm obrotu w płaszczyźnie poziomej oraz krótszy, do którego mocowana jest głowica robocza; a obie części są połączone poprzez mechanizm obrotu w płaszczyźnie pionowej (17), przy czym głowica robocza zbudowana jest z uchylnych szczęk, a w jej dnie zamontowane są centralnie przyssawka wysuwna (6) i kamera identyfikująca zbierany owoc (5), a każde ramię przeczesywacza (7) posiada mechanizm posuwu wzdłużnego (8) i jest przytwierdzone do taśmowego przenośnika owoców poprzez mechanizm obrotu w płaszczyźnie pionowej (9), przy czym autonomiczna rama połączona jest z ramą główną maszyny za pomocą układu zawieszenia oraz posiada czteropunktowe podparcie względem podłoża w postaci teleskopowo-amortyzującego układu zawieszenia (19) i gąsienicowego zespołu jezdnego.The subject of the utility model is the working section of a combine harvester for harvesting strawberries from crops grown in rows or beds, in the field or under covers, characterized by an autonomous frame with a fruit conveyor belt, equipped with six working head arms (1) and six combing arms ( 7), where each arm of the working head (1) is attached to the autonomous frame by a longitudinal feed mechanism, and then by a rotation mechanism in the vertical plane (3) and by a rotation mechanism in the horizontal plane (4) and is divided into two sections, the longer one, covering 0.8 of the length of the entire arm, equipped with a rack and pinion of the longitudinal feed mechanism (2), a longitudinal feed mechanism and a horizontal rotation mechanism, and the shorter one, to which the working head is attached; and both parts are connected by a rotation mechanism in the vertical plane (17), the working head is composed of tilting jaws, and a centrally mounted suction cup (6) and a camera identifying the picked fruit (5) are mounted at its bottom, and each comb arm ( 7) has a longitudinal feed mechanism (8) and is attached to the fruit conveyor belt through a vertical rotation mechanism (9), while the autonomous frame is connected to the main frame of the machine via a suspension system and has a four-point support in relation to the ground in the form of a telescopic the shock-absorbing suspension system (19) and the tracked chassis.
