Abstract
Drzwi o podwyższonej izolacji akustycznej zawierają ościeżnicę (1) z osadzonym na niej na zawiasach skrzydłem z klamką oraz próg. Skrzydło posiada wypełnienie z płyt wiórowych (5), zaś w górnej części skrzydła jest ramiak górny, w dolnej części skrzydła jest ramiak dolny. Ramiak dolny i ramiak górny są ze sobą połączone dwoma ramiakami pionowymi (7) tworząc obramowanie skrzydła. Na zewnętrznej stronie skrzydła umieszczona jest okładzina (8). Ramiak dolny, ramiak górny i ramiaki pionowe (7) są wielowarstwowe. Pomiędzy płytami wiórowymi (5) w wypełnieniu skrzydła jest co najmniej jedna płyta lniana (6). Pomiędzy ramiakiem górnym a ościeżnicą (1) oraz pomiędzy ramiakiem pionowym (7) a ościeżnicą (1), wzdłuż tej ościeżnicy (1), zamocowana jest uszczelka ościeżnicowa (9). Na skrzydle od strony ościeżnicy (1), wzdłuż ramiaka pionowego (7) oraz wzdłuż ramiaka górnego zamocowana jest uszczelka puchnąca (10). Równolegle do progu, w dolnej części ramiaków pionowych (7), zamocowana jest do nich uszczelka opadająca.Doors with increased acoustic insulation include a frame (1) with a hinged wing with a handle and a threshold. The leaf is filled with chipboards (5), and in the upper part of the leaf there is an upper frame, and in the lower part of the leaf there is a lower frame. The lower stile and the upper sill are connected with each other by two vertical stiles (7), forming the leaf frame. The cladding (8) is placed on the outer side of the leaf. The lower stile, upper stile and vertical stiles (7) are multi-layered. There is at least one linen board (6) in the leaf filling between the chipboards (5). A frame seal (9) is fixed between the upper sill and the frame (1) and between the vertical sill (7) and the frame (1) along this frame (1). On the sash from the side of the frame (1), along the vertical stile (7) and along the upper stile, an swelling gasket (10) is attached. Parallel to the threshold, in the lower part of the vertical stiles (7), a drop-down seal is attached to them.
