Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest adapter montażowy do mocowania konstrukcji solarnych tj. łączenia szyny ze wspornikiem dachowym elementów konstrukcyjnych systemów wsporczych, który składa się z pięciu współpracujących ze sobą elementów: dolnej obejmy (1) w kształcie litery "C", elementu przestrzennego (2) o podstawie prostokątnej, geometrycznej bryły (3) w kształcie graniastosłupa prostego o podstawie trójkąta prostokątnego, sprężystej podkładki (4) i imbusowej śruby (5), przy czym w podstawie obejmy (1) wykonany jest gwintowany otwór (6), a na jednym końcu górnej powierzchni elementu przestrzennego (2) są dwa poprzecznie wykonane haczykowate zaczepy (7) skierowane do wewnątrz elementu przestrzennego (2), natomiast na drugim końcu górnej powierzchni elementu przestrzennego (2) osadzona jest geometryczna bryła (9) nawiązująca do kształtu graniastosłupa prawidłowego trójkątnego ze skośną powierzchnią (10) skierowaną w kierunku haczykowatych zaczepów (7), natomiast w górnej przyprostokątnej poziomej powierzchni (11) i skośnej przekątnej (12) bryły (3) wykonane są przelotowe otwory (13), a w skośnej powierzchni (10) bryły (9) przelotowe otwory (14), w których umieszcza się koncentrycznie imbusową śrubę (5), ponadto sprężystą podkładkę (4) umiejscawia się na powierzchni (11) bryły (3).The subject of the utility model is the mounting adapter for attaching solar structures, i.e. connecting the rail with the roof bracket of structural elements of the supporting systems, which consists of five cooperating elements: the lower C-shaped clamp (1), the spatial element (2) rectangular base, geometric solid (3) in the shape of a straight prism with a right triangle base, elastic washer (4) and hexagonal screw (5), with a threaded hole (6) in the base of the clamp (1), and a threaded hole (6) at one end of the upper on the surface of the spatial element (2) there are two transversely made hook-like catches (7) directed towards the inside of the three-dimensional element (2), while at the other end of the upper surface of the three-dimensional element (2) there is a geometric solid (9) referring to the shape of a normal triangular prism with an oblique with the surface (10) facing the hooks (7), and with the tab on the upper side through the horizontal surface (11) and the oblique diagonal (12) of the solid (3) there are through holes (13), and in the oblique surface (10) of the solid (9) through holes (14), in which the hexagonal screw (5) is placed concentrically further, the resilient washer (4) is positioned on the surface (11) of the body (3).
