Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest kształtownik o przekroju zamkniętym stosowany w różnego rodzaju elementach budowlanych, zwłaszcza takich jak np. ogrodzenia, bramy, balustrady, stelaże itp. Cienkościenny kształtownik o przekroju zamkniętym charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go profil rurowy (1) posiadający na całej długości wzdłużne przetłoczenia (2), które wypukłością są skierowane do wnętrza profilu (1). W przekroju poprzecznym kształtowe przetłoczenia (2) mają kształt trójkąta o kącie wierzchołkowym prostym. Szerokość (A) przetłoczeń (2) jest większa od grubości ścianki profilu (1). Profil rurowy (1) w przekroju poprzecznym ma kształt kwadratu lub prostokąta lub koła. Na każdej ściance czworokątnego rurowego profilu (1) znajdują się jedno lub dwa kształtowe przetłoczenie (2). Na profilu (1) w kształcie okręgu znajdują się cztery przetłoczenia (2) lub osiem przetłoczeń (2) rozmieszczonych symetrycznie.
