Abstract

Wał tnący zawierający wał czopowy (1) z osadzonymi trwale tarczami (2) o kształcie gwiazdy charakteryzuje się tym, że na każdej tarczy (2) zamocowane są za pomocą śrub wsporniki (3), a na tych wspornikach (3), odpowiednio na jednym od każdej tarczy (2), zamocowana jest listwa nożowa (4). W tarczy (2) wykonane są otwory sworzniowe rozmieszczone równomiernie na okręgu o promieniu R i otwory mocowania oddalone o wielkość r od odpowiedniego otworu sworzniowego (5), natomiast wspornik (3) o kształcie kątownika posiada na jednej półce otwór sworzniowy drugi (7) i łukowy otwór fasolkowy (8) na łuku oddalonym o wielkość r od otworu sworzniowego drugiego (7). Takie zamocowanie wsporników (3) umożliwia ich kątowe wychylenie. Na drugiej półce posiada otwór (9), przez który za pomocą śrub zamocowana jest listwa nożowa (4).
