Ujawnia się autonomiczne i wielofunkcyjne urządzenie świetlne do pojazdów uprzywilejowanych, zawierające: ukształtowany prostokątnie korpus środkowy (12); panel świetlny (2) z diodami LED, nadający się do składania na korpusie środkowym; co najmniej jeden przechwytujący obraz moduł (4, 5), wybrany spośród kamery wideo (4) kamery ALPR (5); pierwszy występ (13) usytuowany na części obwodowej, zawierający co najmniej jeden przechwytujący obraz moduł (4, 5); światła awaryjne rozmieszczone obwodowo wokół korpusu środkowego; moduł sterujący (6) połączony z panelem świetlnym oraz światłami awaryjnymi; moduł procesorowy (7), przy czym ten moduł procesorowy jest połączony, za pośrednictwem portów komunikacyjnych, z co najmniej modułem sterującym oraz przechwytującym obraz modułem (4, 5, 10) do przechowywania w pamięci i przetwarzania przez mikroprocesor obrazów z modułu przechwytującego.
